Soft Milky Bread with Cake Flour

I saw on TV that mixing tofu with pancake mix gives a soft texture. I thought you could bake bread with cake flour and tofu and gave it a try. It was so soft and delicious, so I decided to upload the recipe.
The first time I made this, I used a medium crust setting, but it turned out very hard. So I definitely suggest using a light crust setting.
When we have bread flour at home I substitute 10 - 20 g of the cake flour for strong flour for a softer, fluffier texture. Recipe by mi0921
Cooking Instructions

Combine the beaten egg and milk. Add the ingredients in order from the top of the list to the bread maker. Use the dry yeast course.

Choose the white bread course with a light crust and start. Once it's finished, remove from the bread maker and it's complete.

A user taught me that you can make the best bread using cake flour by not including too many ingredients. Since the gluten content is also low if you add too much to the dough it just weighs it down. So when I thought about cutting down on the extra ingredients I figured I could use whatever I had at home. Checking the fridge I discovered miso, and figured that fermented foods are good for you. That's how this bread came to be.The moisture of the miso varies, so add it carefully while keeping that in mind.
