
Shrimp and penne in creamy pesto sauce

Cook pasta according to directions on box.

Thaw and drain shrimp while cooking pasta.

Lightly cover bottom of large skillet with olive oil. It's best to pour some in a little at a time while the skillet is hot, so you don't end up with too much oil.

Put shrimp in skillet. Add cream, pesto, salt, and garlic. Toss lightly until shrimp is completely coated.

Once penne is done, drain pasta, do not rinse. Pour pasta in skillet.

Continue to toss and cook for approximately 10 minutes on med-high heat. Toss frequently.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
