  1. 20 gramspasley
  2. 20 gramsbasil
  3. 1 cupEVOO
  4. 15 clovegarlic
  5. 50 gramsbutter
  6. 50 gramscream
  7. 500 gramsspeghetti
  8. 200 gramstoasted walnut
  9. 100 gramsbacon
  10. 75 gramsparmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blitz parsley, walnut, basil, EVOO and garlic into a smooth paste.

    Mix in cream and butter with a spatula

  3. 3

    Cut bacon into bits and brown. Add into the sauce.

  4. 4

    Add salt into boiling water. Cook speghetti until al dente. Reserve some pasta water.

  5. 5

    Drain pasta immediately and transfer into a big bowl. Mix in sauce along with parmesan. Gradually add in hot pasta water until your liking.
