No time to make make breakfast for 2 to 4 hungry teenagers or adults? Well, nuts to that! Here's a filling 5 minute, protien fueled, low carb hot breakfast with very little clean up! Add some fresh fruit for balance! Use paper plates and to-go cups and you'll really be flying!

Mike's 5 Minute Microwave Breakfast

Ingredients

  1. Mike's Meals In Minutes!
  2. ● Scrambled Eggs
  3. 12large Eggs
  4. 1/4 cupChopped Chives [pre-chopped]
  5. 1 SplashMilk & Handful Of Shreadded Cheese
  6. 1Salt & Pepper [to taste]
  7. 1/4 tspGarlic Powder
  8. ● For The Sausage
  9. 1 boxJimmy Dean Precooked Frozen Sausage
  10. ● For The Sides
  11. 8 SlicesWhite Bread Or English Muffins [with butter & jam]
  12. 1 BottleTabasco
  13. 1 BottleGreen Tabasco
  14. 2 tbspInstant Hot Chocolate Instant Coffee Or Tea Bags
  15. 1Fresh Bananas
  16. ● For The Kitchen Items Needed
  17. 1Taller EX LG Plastic Bowl
  18. 1Whisk & 1 Knife

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Turn your teapot on high heat.

  2. 2

    In a taller microwave safe plastic bowl whip eggs, milk, your pre-chopped chives, salt, pepper and garlic and place in microwave.

    Using a knife, punch 2 holes in the top of your Jimmy Dean packages and place in microwave beside scrambled egg bowl.

  4. 4

    Turn microwave on highest setting for 2 minutes and in your sausages.

  5. 5

    Pull out sausages if thoroughly heated and quickly mix eggs with fork.

  6. 6

    Set microwave for 3 more minutes and watch eggs as they will cook and attempt to rise above your bowls top.

    As they rise, open microwave and mix up eggs. Place back in microwave and turn on again.

  8. 8

    Your eggs should be fully scrambled within 3 1/2 minutes total microwave time. Perhaps more if you're using an older microwave.

    Serve on paper plates with plastic forks and to-go cups with whole bananas or apples, Red and Green Tabasco Sauces and hot coffee, chocolate or tea.
