Ingredients

50 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 1 kgbeef tenderloin steak
  • 1 teaspoonsteak and chops spice
  • 1 teaspoonaromat
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1/4 cupcanola oil
  • 1/2 cupBarbecue meat marinade

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl marinate meat with spices and barbecue marinade then add canola oil

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 150 degrees and grease an oven pan

  3. 3

    Then grill meat until it's soft and tender

  4. 4

    Serve with brown rice,cabbage and a small drizzle of tomato relish
