Quick Kanda Batata Poha
#Breakfast. Batata Poha is a Wholesome and tasty breakfast .It can be also carried in the tiffin box as snacks.
Steps

Heat oil in a non stick pan.

Add mustard seeds. When the seeds crackle add asofoetida and chopped chillies.

Saute on a medium flame for few seconds.

Add onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add potatoes 2 tbsp of water, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Add washed and drained beaten rice (poha)a little salt, sugar and lemon juice.

Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Add the chopped Coriander and mix well.

Serve hot garnished with chopped Coriander leaves.
