Steps

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except rai and eno.

Make semi solid batter.

Heat tadka pan. Put rai and let it splutter and add in batter and mix it.

Grease appe pan. Heat it.

Now add eno and mix it.

Pour spoonful in mould.

Cook it for 5 mins on medium heat.

Flip it and cook for 2 mins.more.

Serve hot with coconut chutney / ketchup.

Enjoy it as tea time snacks.
