1 cupPeas
1/2 cupBoiled aloo.
As requiredBread crumbs..
to tasteSalt and green chillies
1/2 teaspoonGaram masala
1/2 teaspoonmango powder
Oil to fry tikkis and butter for buns
Green chutney or tomato sauce... As required

Steps

Slit buns horizontally and cook on tawa using butter

Grind peas in grinder and take out in a bowl. Now mix aloo, bread crumbs and all masalas and make dough for tikki. Make tikkis and deep or shallow fry using oil
3

Apply green chutney or tomato sauce on buns and place tikkis on buns and serve and enjoy burger with peas tikki
