Thermidor sea bass

My wife and I used to go to a little italian restaurant that had this dish, it was her favorite. So to surprise her, I made this for dinner and it actually ended up tasting better.
I hope you enjoy this as much as she did eating it, and I cooking it.

Steps

Chop onions, garlic and leek.

Cut sea bass in small squares of about an inch thick.

Add a little bit of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Pre-heat a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and fish squares. Make sure its cooked on both sides.

Once the fish is cooked, put it on a heat resistant container.

In the same pan, add remaining oil, onions, garlic, and leek. Stir for 2 minutes.

Add wine and stir for another minute, then add the sour cream. Don't let it boil.

Add cream to fish squares and mix well.

Add parmesan on top and put it on the oven.

Broil it for 30 minutes.

As a side dish, I made pasta with garlic, cilantro and a little parmesan, but it would also go well with baked potatos or garlic bread.
