Clean then Cut the cauliflower into small chunks and boil in salted water until very soft. Drain out the liquid (as much as possible or your dish will be watery).

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a very large skillet, saute the onions with 1 TBSP extra virgin oil Add in mushrooms and cook for another two minutes.

Once a onions and mushrooms are sauteed, add in the ground beef and brown. Add in salt, pepper, Worcestershire.

Once browned, Drain the excess grease and return mixture to pan. Add in frozen peas and stir around until no longer frozen. Set aside.

Once cauliflower is cooked and drained (#1 is complete), put the cream cheese into a food processor and process for about 10 seconds. Add in the cauliflower and garlic cloves and process until smooth.

Add in salt, white and black pepper, and the Parmesan Cheese. Process some more until well blended.

Pour half the mixture into the bottom of a deep 9x13 baking dish sprayed lightly with cooking spray.

Add the meat mixture on top of the cauliflower in the baking dish. Sprinkle about 1//3 of the cheddar cheese on top.

Add the remaining cauliflower mixture on top. Add the rest of the cheddar cheese to the top of that and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly browned on top.
