Ingredients

  1. 155 gramsbutter
  2. 155 gramsflour
  3. 355 mlwater
  4. 5eggs
  5. 1 cannutella
  6. 250 mlwhipped cream

Steps

  1. 1

    oven 200°C (do not open for the first 20mins. all together about 55 mins. heat butter and water together in a pan till it come to a boil.
    2-off the flame and add the flour and keep mixing. then keep it on VERY LOW flame and still keep mixing till the mixture stops sticking from the pan. after that take it off the cooker.
    3- let it cool for two mins or so and then start adding the lightly beaten eggs bit by bit into the flour mixture and beat it till its smooth and shiny.
    4- then using a piping, put it on the baking tray and bake. for the filling you can use, whipped cream. (beat them till you get the cream consistency )
    on top you can melt cooking chocolate or i use nutella.
