1/2 cupunsalted butter
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cuppeanut butter
1egg
1 tspvanilla
1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspsalt
3/4 cupchocolate chips (optional)

Soften butter and peanut butter together. Then add all ingredients leaving flour for last, mix well and add chocolate chips. Make into 2 inch balls and flatten on cookie sheet. Bake on parchment paper.

Bake at 350 for 14 minutes
