  1. 3 ozcream cheese
  2. 3eggs
  3. 1/8 tspcream of tartar

    Preheat oven to 350ºF

    Separate eggs

  3. 3

    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff (resembles whipped cream)

  4. 4

    Mix cream cheese and egg yolks together

  5. 5

    Gently fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture

  6. 6

    Line pan with parchment paper

  7. 7

    Place mixture in bag. Cut hole out of bottom corner to squeeze mixture onto pan.

  8. 8

    Place pan in oven for 30 minutes or until golden
