Heat some oil and fry the potatoes till becomes light brown in colour

Heat some oil and put Jeera then chopped onions until becomes brown in colour then add all the masala and some water and garlic then green chillies

Cook it for some time then add salt and sugar some kaju

Then let it cool well

Then in grinder grind it nseive it well

Again in that pan add the puree which we have seive then add some Kasuri meethi and saute for few minutes when it comes to boil then add salt and sugar

Then take half bowl of curd and seive it well and put in puree and stir it well don't left it in high flame then add some Garam masala and coriander leaves

Garnish with some cream
