1 kgbread flour
150 gramsgranulated sugar
2eggs
1/4 cupvegetable oil
2 tbspyeast
1 tbspsalt
2 1/4 cupwarm water

Mix all the dry products first

Knead it all for 10 minutes and cover until it swell up

After an hour punch it in the middle and let it swell again

Divide the dough to 6 equal pieces, and make two nice brades.

Bake until it's golden-brown, and shabat shalom!
