Steps

Mix cocoa powder and milk powder well

Heat sugar with water and make a light syrup consistency

Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla and mix well

Add the above nuts and raisins or your own choice in the cocoa powder mixture

Slowly add the sugar syrup, into the cocoa powder mixture while continuously stirring well.

Pour on a greased plate and let it cool. Then place in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cut into pieces and serve.
