  2. 1 cloveMinced garlic
  3. 1 pinchCayenne pepper
  4. 1Avocado
  5. 1/2Yellow bell pepper
  6. 6Cherry tomatoes, halved
  7. 1Scallion
  8. 1 tbspChopped cilantro
  9. 1/2Lime, juice

    Whisk olive oil, lime juice, garlic and cayenne.

    Scoop out flesh from avocado. Dice and add bell pepper, tomato, scallions and cilantro.

  3. 3

    Drizzle with dressing and season with salt. Spoon mixture into avocado shells.
