1 cloveMinced garlic
1 pinchCayenne pepper
1Avocado
1/2Yellow bell pepper
6Cherry tomatoes, halved
1Scallion
1 tbspChopped cilantro
1/2Lime, juice

Whisk olive oil, lime juice, garlic and cayenne.

Scoop out flesh from avocado. Dice and add bell pepper, tomato, scallions and cilantro.

Drizzle with dressing and season with salt. Spoon mixture into avocado shells.
