Steps

Dry roast ground nuts in a pan for 1 min. In low flame and keep in a plate.

Dry roast red chillies for 30 seconds in low flame and keep in a plate.

Now take a jar add roasted groundnuts,chillies,grayed coconut,jeera and curry leaves blend it roughly.

Add all three flour and blended powder,salt and mix well.

Now add 3 tsp of oil and mix.

Now with help of water make a soft dough.

Now make a balls from a dough.

Take a foil paper grease with oil.

Now take one ball keep on a foil paper and spread with ur hands slowly to make a poori shape.

Make all like that.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all poori on low to high flame.

Take out on absorben paper.

Serve hot in a plate enjoy with tea or coffee.
