In a bowl, mix the milk, yeast, and sugar well and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Then add the melted butter, egg, vanilla, and a pinch of salt, and mix well.

Gradually add the flour and knead until the dough is firm. If needed, add another tablespoon of flour.

Let it rise until it doubles in size, about 1 to 1.5 hours.

Roll it out on a countertop into a rectangle as much as possible, spread butter on it, and add the filling.

Roll it up into a log and cut it with thread, not a knife.

Arrange them on a buttered baking sheet, leaving spaces between them, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake in the oven, turning on the bottom heat for 10 minutes, then take them out and pour 2 tablespoons of liquid whipping cream on each cinnamon roll. Return them to the oven to finish baking from both top and bottom.

To prepare the sauce, mash the cream cheese with butter in a bowl, add the sifted powdered sugar, and mix with 2 tablespoons of milk, adding more milk to reach the desired consistency.
