Ingredients

  • 500 gmcarrot peel, wash and cut in strips
  • 2 spoonMustard seeds
  • 1 spoonTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In big bowl add carrot, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mustard seeds and mix well.

  2. 2

    Keep it fir 4 to 5 days then carrot pickle is ready.

  3. 3

    Eat with prantha, in lunch or dinner.
