Steps
- 1
sprinkle some olive oil over a saucepan and as it heats, you want to put in 3/4 of the onion, 3/4 of minced garlic, sliced mushrooms and hot peppers and add 1 tablespoon of the worcestershire sauce
- 2
pour the 12 oz tomato sauce over the veggies and stir. then you put in the teaspoon of dried basil and let it simmer till you're ready to put the meatballs in the oven (the sauce is supposed to be chunky)
- 3
after all the ingredients and meat is mixed, start rolling them into balls
- 4
for each meatball, you want to push in a hole for whatever cheese preference you have and enclose the meat around it into the shape again
- 5
preheat oven to 400°f
- 6
pan fry the meatballs in skillet till all the sides are colored or for a lil under 15 min. (the meat will fully cook in the oven)
- 7
in a nonstick pan, place the meatballs, sauce, and then sprinkle as much cheese as you prefer or have left over on top
- 8
then leave in oven for 15 min. and you're ready to serve as soon as it's done
