Heat a non-stick grilled pan after applying oil through an oil brush. Coat the surface with a thin layer of oil.

Add the chopped vegetables to the pan. Grill them until they turn golden brown.

Take care if you’re using other vegetables. Some veggies take lesser time to cook than others. E.g. green onions take 4 mins, zucchini takes 6-7 and bell peppers take 8-10 mins.

Sprinkle them with mixed herbs and add salt. Keep applying oil through the oil brush.

Serve the vegetables warm or at room temperature.
