Steps

Grind coriander seeds and Kashmiri chillies to a semi fine powder. You can also roast them before grinding.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté the onions till they become golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Sauté for 4-5 mins.

Add the ground masala prepared in step 1 and sauté till oil starts to leave the masala.

Add capsicum and green chillies. Sauté for 4-5 mins.

Add salt and garam masala. After 1-2 mins add the Paneer cubes. Mix very well and wait till the cubes are cooked.

Garnish with kasoori methi and coriander leaves.

Serve with roti or naans.
