Ab 1 cookar ko garam karein usme ghee dale phir usme jira, tejpatta and sabhi sabut garam masala dale ab usme onion dale cauliflower sabhi veggies dale saute karein

Ab usme rice ko chhankar dale 5 min tak bhune palak ka paste dale salt dale mix karein

Ab usme 4 cup water dalkar dhakkan band kar 1 sity lagaye

Serve with rayta.
