Take multigrain bread, rub little butter on one side.

Take all the fillings ingredients and mix together. Take and place them enough on the buttered side of the bread.

Cover it with the other bread. Brush oil or ghee on the outer sides. Either put them on the stove sandwich maker or grill.

The healthy sandwich is ready. Have with green chutney.
