4Japanese purple sweet potato or any sweet potato
1/4 cupolive oil

Grate sweet potato set aside, in pan heat olive oil then put steel ring in pan then fill up with 2 tbsp of grated sweet potato

Deep fry for 1 minute or more then remove ring shaper and flip gently for another 1 minute then drain on paper towel
