Pan-frying with butter makes it fragrant, but I used grapeseed oil this time. Regular vegetable oil is also good.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2pieces Raw salmon filet
  • 1 dashSalt and pepper
  • 2 tbspFlour
  • 1 tspOil
  • 2 sliceLemon slice

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprinkle both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper. I used Krazy Salt and coarsely ground black pepper.

    Coat with flour. Heat oil in a pan, and pan-fry both sides until lightly browned. Cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, then flip and cook another 2 minutes over low heat.

    Serve on a plate with lemon slices.
