In Italy its tradition to serve spaghetti with this sauce. But for my personal touch i made it with a little of spice.

In Italy its tradition to serve spaghetti with this sauce. But for my personal touch i made it with a little of spice.
Steps

Heat the oil in a heavy- based saucepan. Add celery, onion, and carrot .cover and cook for 10min. Over low heat, stirring occasionally

Add the tomato to the pan with the parsley, sugar, and 125ml of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low ,and cover and simmer for 45min. ,stirring occasuonaly.

Note: season to taste and if necessary , add up to 185 ml more water if the sauce needs thinning.

Cook the pasta in large saucepan of rapidly boiling water salted water until semi hard . drain well and return to the pan.

Serve pasta to plate and serve gently sauce.
