Ingredients

  1. 1 canGarbanzo beans (Chick peas)
  2. 2 smallgarlic cloves
  3. 2 tbsplemon juice
  4. 1 tbspearthbalance vegan butter
  5. 1/2 tspgreek blend seasoning
  6. Peppers (add these if you wish, but may leave out)
  7. 1/2 tspHabanero powder or 1/2 habanero pepper (optional)
  8. 1/2 tspjalapeño powder, or 1/2 jalapeño pepper (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat beans (with liquid) and garlic cloves over stove on low heat just until warm. Simmer over heat for roughly 4 minutes.

    Blend lemon juice, heated ingredients, butter, greek blend seasonings in blender until creamy. (if you choose to add the peppers blend them in also.)

The stuff i cook is vegan, and do substitute to what i eat, because of allergies etc some may be old. i am on a rx meal plan not allowed to use food with lactose/treenuts.
