In a mixing bowl,combine butter and cocoa powder unit well blended.

Add sugar,eggs,flour and salt. Stir with a fork.(Stirring with a fork keeps the brownies from becoming too cake.)

Stir in chopped nuts. Spread in a greased 9*13 baking pan.

Bake at 350 degree for 25 minutes. Do not over- bake.

Sprinkle with chocolate chips. return to oven for 3-4 minute s,or just unit chocolate melts.

Cool completely before cutting with a plastic knife-which will cut clean. Dust with a tsp. Of cocoa powder and power Suger.
