Steps

Wash mutton.

In a heavy bottom vessel add mustard oil. Add bayleaf, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon.

Add the raw onion paste. Saute well till brown

Add mutton pieces and powdered spices. Mix well.

Add salt and tomato. Mix well. Cook till soft.

Add curd amd coriander leaves. Mix. Cover and cook on slow heat till 35 to 40 min.

Serve hot with poori, paratha or rice
