In a small bowl, make the spice blend

Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture and allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes

Heat oil in a heavy skillet over high heat

Place filets in pan and cook for about 3 minutes each side, or until the fish is opaque and can be flaked with a fork

Remove from pan and pour juices over filets, top with squeezed lemon wedges
