Preheat oven to 350

Cut biscuits in 1/4 squares.

Mix sugar and cinnamon into bowl. Dip biscuits squares into the mixture.

Melt brown sugar and butter in a boiler. Bring to a boil.

Grease pan with shortening. Toss biscuit squares into it.

Then pour brown sugar and melted butter over it.

Bake for about 35 minutes

ICING for MONKEY BREAD: 1 stick butter, melted 1 box confectioners sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, A little milk. Mix together on med. heat until well blended, Pour over Monkey Bread
