  • 1/4 cupButter
  • 1/2 cupUnsweetened Hershey Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cupMilk
  • 2 tspVanilla
  • 3 cupConfectioner's Sugar

    Melt butter in the microwave.

  2. 2

    Stir in cocoa powder until incorporated.

  3. 3

    Stir in milk and vanilla.

  4. 4

    Add confectioners sugar slowly while stirring until desire consistency is reached, up to 3 1/2 cups.

  5. 5

    Should yield around 3 cups of frosting.
