Quick and easy snack. Absolutely flavourful and light. Since it's baked, it's also very very healthy. An all time favorite evening snack. Can be packed off for kid's lunch boxes or for picnics.

Quick and easy snack. Absolutely flavourful and light. Since it's baked, it's also very very healthy. An all time favorite evening snack. Can be packed off for kid's lunch boxes or for picnics.
Steps

Beat curd, water and gram flour into a smooth batter

Microwave the mixture for 4-5 minutes at 720 C
- 3
Remove from oven, add salt, asafoetida, chilli ginger paste to the mixture.

Cook the mixture again for 4-5 minutes or till it thickens at 720C. Stir in between

Spread the mixture on a polythene sheet and allow it cool.

Once comes, cut into 1 inch wide, long strips. Roll the strips and place on serving dish

To temper, heat oil at full power for 30 sec, add all the tempering ingredients and wait for the crackling to come down.

Sprinkle tempering and garnishing ingredients and serve.
