Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/4chopped green & red peppers
  2. 1/4chopped onion (I've used the chopped onion that comes as a seasoning)
  3. 4 smallAny desired fish (I use Talapia)
  4. 2 packagesWhite or brown rice
  5. 1 tbspbutter or cap dull or vegetable oil
  6. 1/2 packagesthe extra small shrimp (preferably uncooked)
  7. 4 ozauthentic crab meat (optional)
  8. 1 tspsugar
  9. 6 pinchsalt & pepper or old bay seasoning

  1. 1

    defrost shrimp in cold water

  2. 2

    defrost pieces of fish

  3. 3

    Then start your rice however you make it (instant, boil in a bag, microwave)

  4. 4

    place oil or butter in pan medium heat

  5. 5

    chop onions and peppers and place in pan in the oil or butter

  6. 6

    sprinkle a little seasoning (whichever you desire) on thawed shrimp and fish

  7. 7

    add shrimp to the pan constantly stirring with the onions and crab meat if used

  8. 8

    cut fish in to 3 small pieces and cook in pan. As the fish cooks cut up into the mixture consistently stirring

  9. 9

    add seasoning as desired to your taste buds the juice will be made automatically

  10. 10

    add the sugar, rice should be done scoop onto rice and enjoy.
