
Homemade Whole Grain Bread Stuffing

Tear or cut bread into small pieces. Saute vegetables in olive oil until tender. Add egg, seasonings, parsley and chicken stock. Carefully and gently combine ingredients. Be careful if the vegetables are hot!!!.

Put into a covered casserole dish, sprayed with non-working spray. Bake at 350degrees, covered for 20 to, 30 minutes. If you want a crispier stuffing, remove lid of casserole dish for the last 5 minutes or so. You can also make this dish in a crock pot, if you have the time.
