Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 cupbutter
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1egg yolk
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 9 ozchocolate bar

Steps

  1. 1

    combine butter and sugar - mix on low

  2. 2

    add remaining ingredients except chocolate bar - beat well

  3. 3

    spread on cookie sheet

  4. 4

    bake for 20 min at 350°F

  5. 5

    break up chocolate bar and allow to melt on top of cookie immediately after removing from oven.

  6. 6

    cut immediately and cool on racks
