combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt - SET ASIDE

beat butter and sugars till creamy

add vanilla and eggs one at a time - beat well

gradually add flour mixture and morsels - stir

drop by well rounded teaspoon onto an un-greased pan

bake for 9-11 minutes

cool on sheet for 2 minutes then transfer to racks
