1 stickunsalted butter
1 tbspminced garlic
2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
2 tspitalian seasoning
2 tbspwhite or red wine

Saute gartic in olive oil in sauce pan.

Add butter to pan.

Once butter is melted add seasoning and wine.

Saute for 5 minutes. Then pour over your favorite pasta or fish.
