Peel and slice the plantain.add pinch of salt.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan,gradually put the plantain and fry with a medium heat.

Fry till is turns brown and flip the other side to fry.select out and put the sieve to drain out the oil.

Crack the eggs in a bowl,whisk very well add salt.

Wash and slice the onion,fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes.

Heat up vegetable oil,add the onion fry for few seconds,add the fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes.

Add salt and curry fry for 3minutes then pour in the green peas.

Fry for 1minute and yummy egg sauce is ready.
