Slice celery and onion finely, shred cabbage finely set aside

In a large pot heat oil and add curry powder and onions. Cook till onions translucent. Add mince and cook till brown

Add sliced beans and celery, mix. Then had dry soup mix and water, stir through

Add shredded cabbage and stir, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until cabbage breaks down
- 5
Serve over boiled jasmine rice and season with soy sauce
