Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupmillet rice
  • 2-3 tbspmoong dal
  • 1/2 cupchopped onions
  • 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupchopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  • 1-2green Chillies
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 cupgaram masala
  • 2 tbspoil/ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Recipe :
    Mix all the ingredients of the base and make a soft dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside.
    Now take a pan and add ghee to it. Now add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Add onions and saute till it turns brown. Now add the vegetables and grated paneer.

  2. 2

    Add all the spices and mix it well. Cook for 6-7 minutes and switch off the flame.
    Make a small roti, place stuffing inside it and close it to give it shape of a samosa.In the same way make more samosa and then air fry.
