Recipe :
Mix all the ingredients of the base and make a soft dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside.
Now take a pan and add ghee to it. Now add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Add onions and saute till it turns brown. Now add the vegetables and grated paneer. - 2
Add all the spices and mix it well. Cook for 6-7 minutes and switch off the flame.
Make a small roti, place stuffing inside it and close it to give it shape of a samosa.In the same way make more samosa and then air fry.
