Ingredients

  1. For bafle :
  2. 1 cupDalia (wheat granules)
  3. 3 cupflour (wheat flour)
  4. 1/2 cupoil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tsphaldi
  7. For dal :
  8. 2 cupaarhar dal
  9. as tasteSalt
  10. 1/4 tsphaldi
  11. For dal tadka :
  12. 3 tbspgarlic finely chopped
  13. 1/2 tspRai
  14. 1/2 tspjeera
  15. 5/6 Laung (Halke grinded)
  16. 3tomato (finely chopped)
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 1/2 tsphaldi
  19. 5-6dry red chilli
  20. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  21. 1/2 tbspdhania powder
  22. as neededFresh coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    For preparing Bafle : Dalia, flour, oil, Salt and haldi mix well and make a hard dough.

  2. 2

    Dough banne ke baad aap usse ball ke size ka shape De.

  3. 3

    In other boil water and usme yeh ball ko daalke 15 min. Ek liye boil hone De per saath saath turn karte rahe

  4. 4

    After that aap bafle ko net basket mein 1/2 an hr ke liye rakh de.

  5. 5

    Then last process is bake boil bafle in oven and jab tak Wo light brown na Ho jaye usse bhi aap side change karte rahe. Ready ur bafle.

  6. 6

    For dal : in cooker add dal, 4 cup water, Salt and haldi. 2 - 3 whistle aane tak aap isse banne De.

  7. 7

    For tadka : heat oil add rai, jeera, laung, dry red chilli, garlic, and chopped tomato.

  8. 8

    Jab tomato gal jaye to usme salt, red chilli powder, dhania powder and lots of hing dalke 5 - 6 min. Cover karde

  9. 9

    Now tadka mix with dal and leave for 10 - 15 min. Ur dal is ready to eat with Bafle.
