For preparing Bafle : Dalia, flour, oil, Salt and haldi mix well and make a hard dough.

Dough banne ke baad aap usse ball ke size ka shape De.

In other boil water and usme yeh ball ko daalke 15 min. Ek liye boil hone De per saath saath turn karte rahe

After that aap bafle ko net basket mein 1/2 an hr ke liye rakh de.

Then last process is bake boil bafle in oven and jab tak Wo light brown na Ho jaye usse bhi aap side change karte rahe. Ready ur bafle.

For dal : in cooker add dal, 4 cup water, Salt and haldi. 2 - 3 whistle aane tak aap isse banne De.

For tadka : heat oil add rai, jeera, laung, dry red chilli, garlic, and chopped tomato.

Jab tomato gal jaye to usme salt, red chilli powder, dhania powder and lots of hing dalke 5 - 6 min. Cover karde

Now tadka mix with dal and leave for 10 - 15 min. Ur dal is ready to eat with Bafle.
