1 kgdry cow peas
1 bunchbean leaves
2 BunchCowpeas leaves
Salt(enough to taste)

In a pot,Boil maize and beans until tender,add salt to taste

Wash and cut all the greens and add on to the boiling pot

Boil until the greens are tender,drain excess water and mash.Serve when hot
