  • 1/2 kgdry maize
  • 1 kgdry cow peas
  • 1 bunchbean leaves
  • 2 BunchCowpeas leaves
  • Salt(enough to taste)

    In a pot,Boil maize and beans until tender,add salt to taste

  2. 2

    Wash and cut all the greens and add on to the boiling pot

  3. 3

    Boil until the greens are tender,drain excess water and mash.Serve when hot
