1 mediumcarrot
1 stalkcelery
3/4 lbBoneless chicken breast, sliced
14 1/2 ozCanned crushed tomatoes
1 tbspBasil
1Salt and pepper

Heat oil in skillet over medium to high heat.

Add carrots and celery and stir until softened. About ten minutes.

Add sliced chicken and cook for five minutes.

Turn chicken and add vegetables.

Turn heat to low and stir for about ten minutes or until chicken is cooked.
