This recipe is actually doubled so if you are looking to serve a smaller amount of people just half it. Also I like to use light or fat free cream cheese and sour cream for a lighter choice. The Sausage you can get either mild or hot depending on taste as well as the Rotel.

This recipe is actually doubled so if you are looking to serve a smaller amount of people just half it. Also I like to use light or fat free cream cheese and sour cream for a lighter choice. The Sausage you can get either mild or hot depending on taste as well as the Rotel.
Steps

Cook sausage in a pot big enough to fit all the other ingredients. Drain when sausage is done.

Add the entire (LG)container of sour cream, entire package of Cream cheese.

Drain all liquid in both cans of Rotel.

Add Rotel to the rest of ingredients.
- 5
Make sure to keep your pot around a Medium heat (or lower) to melt the cream cheese and continue to stir until all mixture is very warm and blended well.

Best when eaten warm. Also goes very well with Hawaiian bread or Scoops.
