Ingredients

  • noodles
  • 7 1/2 ozblack rice noodles
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 quartcold water
  • 1FOR THE PORK LOIN
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1two inch thick pork loin
  • 1 largeonion chopped
  • 2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspcornstarch
  • 1 tspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    cooking the noodles put the noodles in cold water heat both noodles and water at same time add salt and oil bring to boil cook till tender drain and spray with tap water

    pork loin cut loin into bite sized pieces add spice add to a hot pan with onions when done add water mix cornstarch and water add to pork add noodles
