4 tbspbutter
1capsicum chopped
1onion chopped
2green chillies finely chopped
1/2 cupsliced mushrooms
1/4 cuptomato ketchup
1/4 cupchilli sauce
1/4 cupfresh cream
1tomato deseeded & chopped
1/2 tsplemon juice
1packet of boiled noodles

Steps

1

heat the butter in a wok and and add the onions

stir fry till golden brown
3

add the tomatoes, capsicum n mushrooms and stir fry for one minute
4

add the tomato sauce the chilli sauce and the fresh cream and mix all the veggies for 2 minutes
5

add the boiled noodles and mix it with the veggies for one minute
6

serve hot :-D
